1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sri Aadhi Varahi Foundation website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the site and foundation resources only for lawful purposes. Any activity that disrupts the website, attempts to access unauthorized data, misrepresents your identity, or defames the spiritual practices of the Foundation is strictly prohibited.

3. Donation, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We deeply appreciate your support for our charitable causes, including Annadanam and medical outreach. Please review our donation policy:

  • Voluntary Contributions: All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once processed, no refunds or cancellations will be issued under normal circumstances.
  • Anomalies & Errors: If an erroneous transaction occurs (e.g., your card is charged twice), you must notify us within 7 days at [email protected]. We will investigate and initiate a refund if the anomaly is verified by our payment gateway.
  • Tax Exemptions: Sri Aadhi Varahi Foundation is a registered charitable trust. Currently, we are not registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Consequently, donations made to the foundation are not eligible for tax exemption. We will update our policies if this status changes in the future.

4. Medical and Spiritual Disclaimer

The spiritual guidance and cultural content provided by the Foundation are for personal and communal edification. Furthermore, any information or services provided through our medical outreach programs are subject to professional medical assessment and do not substitute for primary healthcare. Additionally, we do not sell or facilitate the sale of medicinal products.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, scriptures, graphics, and media provided on this site are the property of the Sri Aadhi Varahi Foundation and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without explicit written permission from our governing body.
